Fitzroy: Minitec Underfloor Heating & Radiators

Introducing Fitzroy, our recent project showcasing the innovative combination of low profile underfloor heating, a 15mm self leveler, radiators, and a high-temperature heat pump. This seamless integration results in an efficient heating solution that is both cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

Stratford: In-slab Heating & Heatpump

Welcome to our recent project, Stratford! This beautiful project showcases the restoration of a late 1800s farm house, featuring the preservation of the existing old mudbrick chimney. In addition, the project incorporates the use of a Baxi heat pump with R32 low GWP refrigerant, paired with in-slab underfloor heating, to ensure optimal energy efficiency.

Leongatha: Steibel Eltron In-slab Heating & Cooling

The recent project named Leongatha: Steibel Eltron In-slab Heating & Cooling showcases a innovative underfloor heating and cooling system that uses humidity sensors to adjust water temperatures in order to eliminate condensation. This cutting-edge technology provides a comfortable and efficient solution for controlling indoor climate while reducing the risk of moisture-related issues.

Mt Martha: Retrofit Radiators

Mt Martha: Retrofit Radiators is a recent project where we removed ducted heating and installed pipework to the subfloor and external walls to connect to upstairs. This innovative project showcases our expertise in retrofitting radiators to provide efficient and effective heating solutions for our clients.

Glen Iris: Retrofit Radiators

Introducing the recent project, Glen Iris: Retrofit Radiators, where the pipework was run externally in the roof and down cavities due to the absence of a subfloor. The gas boiler was used to heat towel rails and radiators in this unique retrofitting project, showcasing the innovative solutions provided by our business.

Toorak: Heating & Cooling

Introducing the recent project Toorak: Heating & Cooling, where we utilized a combination of radiators and convectors capable of both heating and cooling. With the implementation of Steibel Eltron Heat Pump, we were able to create separate heating and cooling zones, providing efficient climate control for the space.

Flinders: High Temperature Heat Pump & Radiators

Flinders: High Temperature Heat Pump & Radiators is a recent project showcasing the use of a Hydroair 22Kw high temperature heat pump, which is capable of producing over 70 degrees of hot water. This system is designed to supply hot water to heated towel rails, radiators, and custom-built trench convector that seamlessly blend into the floor, providing efficient and effective heating solutions

Malvern: Upgrade

Introducing our recent project named Malvern, where we had to cut an additional grill into the skirting board to allow air to pass through a concealed radiator in the bench seat. In addition, we installed another radiator in the kitchen area due to the system not being installed correctly in the renovation a few years prior.
